Customer Support Agent

Your role will consist in handling customer queries and complaints via email and phone calls. You will be working in a highly skilled team to ensure excellent service standards and maintain customer satisfaction.

• To ensure excellent service standards and maintain customer satisfaction;
• Answering incoming calls and responding to customers emails;
• Providing product and service information to customers;
• Identify and escalate issue to the Customer Support Manager;
• Recognise, document and alert management team of trends in customer calls and/or emails;
• Document all call and email information according to the standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience working in Customer Care;
• Ability to work at fast pace while multitasking;
• English language is a must and further languages such as Dutch, German, Italian would be required;
