Are you a fluent English speaker and a naturally warm, engaging, and articulate communicator who thrives on connecting with people over calls? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist whose primary talent is creating an immediate, friendly, and authentic connection on every single call.
The successful candidate is genuinely personable, empathetic, and effortless when speaking to customers. While technical skills and chat/email management are part of the day-to-day, your voice, phone presence, and warmth are what truly matter most to us.

Schedule:
- Saturday to Wednesday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Sydney Time, with 30-minute paid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage real-time customer interactions through chat, providing quick and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.
- Handle customer emails promptly and professionally, offering solutions and assistance as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company's CRM system, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Brings outstanding communication skills with a lively, welcoming, and sharp presence.
- Candidates with voice recordings will be prioritized
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Must be able to work the specified schedule consistently.
- Comfortable with technology and capable of quickly learning new software and tools.
