DEBT COLLECTIONS AGENT
Location: 43 Wierda Road, Sandton
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00
We are looking for a self-motivated, professional, and target-driven Debt Collections Agent to join our team.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in a debt collections call centre environment.
Previous Municipal Debt collection experience will be advantageous
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to negotiate Settlements and payment arrangements and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding outstanding accounts.
Negotiate payment arrangements and secure payment commitments.
Follow up on promised payments.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and account activities.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Salary: Market Related
