Debt Collector Agent

Scope:

The Debt Collector is responsible for contacting customers who have not paid their loans and collecting outstanding amounts. The Debt Collector manages accounts from the time the customer misses a payment until the account reaches the late-stage collection process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up on early stage and late-stage debtors, by sending sms’s, whatsapp messages, and telephone calls using a dialler.
• Adhere to debt collection script.
• Follow up on broken promise to pay.
• Update debt collection and loan management systems with notes and payments.
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and accounts.
• Escalate accounts to tracers.

Pay: From R6 700,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• KwaMashu, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High School (matric) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Debt Collection: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• IsiZulu (Required)
