Debt Rehabilitation Call Centre Agent

Job Summery

FinMed is looking for a driven and results-oriented call centre sales agent to handle outbound calls . The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their credit challenges, and selling credit legal services in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pre-qualified and warm leads provided by the company
• Engage clients professionally and build trust over the phone
• Identify client needs related to credit challenges
• Clearly explain FinMed’s credit services, processes, and benefits
• Convert leads into successful sales while meeting quality and compliance standards
• Accurately capture and update client information on the CRM system
• Follow approved sales scripts, mandates, and compliance guidelines
• Handle objections and questions confidently and ethically
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Schedule follow-ups and manage call-backs effectively
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• Available immediately
• work weekdays 8.30am-5pm
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Previous call centre sales experience advantageous
• Experience in credit, debt counseling, legal services, or insurance is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and ability to handle objections
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Fluent in English (additional South African languages are an advantage)

Shortlisted individuals will be invited for an interview and then training, provided the interview is successful.
