Job description
We seeking motivated and professional Debt Review Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in managing their debt review process, clear guidance, ensure excellent customer service while adhering to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure all interactions meet regulatory and company standards
- Maintain accurate records of the client interaction
- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve performance targets
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- No experience required — full training provided (debt review experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the debt review process and South African credit regulations.
- Resilient and target-driven
