What You’ll Do

Engage with prospective clients via Voice calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels
Use AI tools and smart systems to guide conversations and improve conversions
Build trust with clients and confidently explain debt mediation solutions
Manage client onboarding (documents, proposals, follow-ups)
Drive collections by securing first payments and commitments
Maintain accurate records across CRM and digital platforms
Deliver a seamless, professional customer experience across all touchpoints

What You Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in debt review / debt mediation sales enviroment
Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in call centre sales
Confident communicator across WhatsApp/Voice/chat platforms
Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems, diallers, and digital tools
Target-driven mindset with a focus on high performance
