Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Debt Consultant to assist clients experiencing financial difficulties. The successful candidate will assess client financial situations, explain debt review solutions, and support clients throughout their journey to financial recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients regarding their financial circumstances.
- Assess debt obligations and affordability.
- Explain debt review options.
- Assist clients with application and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate client records and reports.
- Liaise with creditors and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in debt counselling, debt review, financial services, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
