Job description
We are an established Debt Review Agency seeking motivated and results-driven Debt Review Sales Agents (Closers) to join our team. If you are confident, target-driven, and experienced in debt review sales, we want to hear from you.
Salary: R6 000 – R10 000 per month
Incentives: Weekly incentives and attractive commission structure
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through cold calling and lead follow-ups
- Explain the debt review process clearly to consumers
- Assess client situations and convert leads into successful debt review applications
- Capture and manage client information accurately
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Minimum Requirements
- Proven sales experience in debt review or financial services
- Experience working on Idocs
- Strong cold calling and telephonic sales ability
- Good understanding of the debt review process
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:
- High School (matric) (Required)
Experience:
- Tele Sales : 1 year (Required)
- IDOCS : 1 year (Required)
- Debt Review : 1 year (Required)
- Cold Calling : 1 year (Required)
