Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Debt Review/Removal Telesales Agent with at least one-year experience. You'll connect with potential clients, understand their financial situations, and offer tailored debt review and debt review removal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls, explaining the benefits of debt review and debt review removal.
Evaluate clients' financial situations through effective questioning and active listening.
Provide expert advice on the debt review and the debt review removal process.
Meet and exceed company sales targets.
Handle client objections and provide solutions that align with their financial goals.

Requirements

Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
Proven telesales experience, preferably in debt counselling services.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and other South African languages.
Understanding of the debt review and removal process.
Target-driven with a history of achieving sales goals.
Computer literate.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Finwise & Idocs software knowledge

Remuneration

This is a performance-based role with high earning potential for top performers.

There is a fixed salary for individuals who can meet our company target.

This role is ideal for confident, independent sales professionals who are motivated to achieve high performance and maximize their earning potential. Candidates should be able to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and maintain excellent client service standards.
