Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Agent with a proven sales record. You'll connect with potential clients, understand their financial situations, and offer tailored debt review and debt review removal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls, explaining the benefits of debt review and debt review removal.
• Evaluate clients' financial situations through effective questioning and active listening.
• Provide expert advice on the debt review and the debt review removal process and create customized solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay up-to-date on debt review regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act and other relevant South African financial regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Handle client objections and provide solutions that align with their financial goals.
• Manage daily CRM activities and ensure all client interactions, sales activities, and work progress are accurately updated on the employee portal within the required timeframes.

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Debt counselling certificate
• Proven experience in a commission-based sales role.
• Proven telesales experience, preferably in debt counselling services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and other South African languages.
• Solid understanding of the debt review and removal process and related regulations.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Target-driven with a history of achieving sales goals.
• Computer literate and proficient in CRM software.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Finwise & Idocs software knowledge (advantageous)

Remuneration

This is a performance-based role with high earning potential for top performers.

There is a fixed salary of R8000 per month for individuals who can meet our minimum payment target of R25000 vat exclusive

• Option 1 (Target Achieved) - R8,000 fixed monthly salary + commission on payments exceeding R25,000 (excluding VAT).
• Option 2 (Target Not Achieved) - 15% commission on all paid files for the month.
