Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage the full debtors' function and maintain an accurate debtors' ledger.
- Issue invoices, statements, and credit notes timeously.
- Reconcile debtor accounts and resolve account queries and discrepancies.
- Allocate payments accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Prepare debtors' age analysis and reports.
- Liaise with clients, operations, and finance department.
- Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Proven experience as a Debtors Administrator (logistics industry)
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of transport documentation linked to invoicing (PODS, waybills)
- Computer literate (accounting systems & MS Excel)
