The Role
Our client in Plettenberg Bay is looking for an experienced Debtors and Creditors Clerk to assist their Accountant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inputting of all debtors and creditors entries.
- Handling of debtors and creditors queries.
- Debt collecting.
- Daily cash ups.
- Answering emails.
- Answering the phone.
- Admin duties.
- Filing.
Skills and Experience PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Matriculation together with relevant tertiary qualifications if possible.
- At least four years of working experience.
- MS Office together with Pastel Evolution / Sage Pastel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Very good interpersonal skills with a warm and cheerful personality.
- Ability to learn new skills.
- Team player.
- Sufficiently mature to be able to work alone.
- Driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle.
