Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cape Town for a Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting deliveries safely and efficiently, planning delivery routes, and verifying orders with customers. Additional duties include loading and unloading delivery vehicles and maintaining accurate records of deliveries. As a representative of Bolt & Nut Centre, providing exceptional customer service during deliveries is essential.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and address their delivery needs.
- Adaptability to Training processes and a willingness to learn and maintain required certifications.
- Sales or order-handling knowledge to assist customers with product inquiries or support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Previous experience in a delivery-based role or the logistics industry is a plus.
- Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform job-related tasks safely.
