Learn more jti.com Demand Planning Associate At JTI, our Demand Planning function plays a critical role in ensuring business continuity through accurate forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Join us and help drive operational excellence by translating market insights into effective demand plans that support sustainable business growth.
Position As the Demand Planning Associate, you will
- Compile monthly 18-month rolling forecasts for all SKUs using trends, seasonality, pricing, and market data
- Ensure all new SKUs are accurately loaded into SAP and related systems and coordinate timely communication with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to align demand plans with business objectives
- Prepare and present demand planning reports and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Review and coordinate production data and schedules with global planning teams and support the S&OP process
- Proactively monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Global Customer Service to minimize the risk of shortages and write-offs
- Partner with Brand Managers on new projects, ensuring timely communication and alignment on requirements and risks
- Support additional projects and ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning within the FMCG industry
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong knowledge of SAP IBP and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities
