SUMMARY: POSITION INFO: A well-established and busy dental practice in Bryanston, Johannesburg, is seeking a professional, well-spoken, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join its team as soon as possible . This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient service. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist in a dental practice is essential . Experience using Solumed or similar dental practice management software is essential . Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional telephone etiquette with the ability to communicate confidently and intelligently with patients. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy, high-volume practice. Well-presented, friendly, and patient-focused. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing the reception area and welcoming patients. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Answering and directing telephone calls professionally. Assisting patients with enquiries, bookings, and practitioner-related requests. Managing patient records and maintaining accurate information. Processing payments and handling general reception administration. Liaising with practitioners and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
