WE’RE HIRING

BUTCHERY MANAGER

SINOVILLE VLEISMARK – DERDEPARK
Derdepark Convenience Centre | Cullinan Road

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Butchery Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our butchery. The successful candidate will lead the team and maintain strong standards across production, stock, quality, food safety and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and supervise the butchery team
Plan production and maintain product quality
Manage stock, ordering, stocktakes and wastage
Ensure food safety, hygiene and equipment standards
Oversee customer service, pricing/POS and administration

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Valid Blockman Certificate / Master Meat Cutting Tech Grade 1A
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role, with contactable references
Strong leadership, stock-control and administrative skills
Computer literate – POS systems, Excel / Google Sheets
Matric
Afrikaans and English
Reliable transport / ability to commute to Derdepark

SALARY: Negotiable, based on experience
