• Hardware & Server Deployment: Assembling desktop computers and servers, installing printers and scanners, and performing complete client workstation setups.
• Software Management & Configuration: Installing and supporting software tailored to specific client requirements.
• Data Migration: Safely migrating user data across multiple operating systems, including Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
• System Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues for desktop computers and notebooks to minimize user downtime.
