Desktop Support Technician (Johannesburg)

We are looking for 3 motivated and customer focused Desktop EUC Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, desktop support experience, and a passion for delivering excellent end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user computing (EUC) support to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related technologies.
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk incidents and service requests.
• Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive user relationships.
• Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Desktop Support or EUC Support role.
• Proven Helpdesk experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop environments and end-user devices.
• Knowledge of desktop support processes and best practices.
• Good understanding of hardware, software, and peripheral support.
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK, DAY & NIGHT SHIFT
