Commercial Truck Diesel Technicians – Durban

2 Positions Available | Established Motor Group

We are recruiting two experienced Diesel Technicians for a well-established commercial truck dealership in Durban, forming part of a large, successful and respected motor group.

We are looking for skilled, reliable and technically competent individuals with proven experience working on commercial diesel trucks, particularly medium commercial vehicles.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' commercial truck workshop experience – essential.
Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial diesel trucks.
Experience working on medium commercial trucks will be highly advantageous.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Good understanding of diesel engines, mechanical systems and electronic diagnostics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a professional workshop team.
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Relevant diesel mechanic qualification or trade test advantageous.
Valid driver's licence.
