Digital and Marketing assistant

A Digital Marketing Manager designs and manages online campaigns to build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. They oversee digital channels like search engines, social media, and email, using analytics to measure performance and maximize marketing returns.Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Formulate digital marketing strategies that align with broader company growth goals.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital ads via platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram).
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and Conversion Rates using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Content & Email Marketing: Oversee the creation of promotional materials, newsletters, and engaging web content to nurture customer relationships.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
• Experience: Typically 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and data analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or Mailchimp).
• Analytical Mindset: The ability to interpret data and translate campaign data into actionable business insights.

Pay: R7 890,42 - R20 000,00 per month
