Job summary

We are looking for adetail-oriented and creative Digital Learning Content Specialist to support the creation and enhancement of high-quality digital learning experiences and internal communications.

This role places a strong emphasis on visual design and content creation, including supporting the layout, design, and ongoing improvement of our weekly sales newsletter, DigiKnow! (distributed every Thursday). The successful candidate will help ensure that both learning content and internal communications are visually engaging, consistent, and user-friendly.

Working closely with the Learning Experience Design (LXD) Manager and LMS Administrator, you will provide hands-on support across content preparation, visual design, and course implementation. Rather than owning the LMS or course design end-to-end, this role focuses on executing and enhancing content using established templates, standards, and guidance.

You will contribute at the intersection of content, design, and technology - supporting course builds, improving the learner experience through thoughtful design, and assisting with multimedia and localization workflows. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is both creative and detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in digital learning, UX, and visual design.

This is a fixed-term 12 month contract position.

What you will do

Graphic Design, Content Creation & Newsletter Support

  • Support the design, layout, and ongoing enhancement of the weekly DigiKnow! sales newsletter, providing backup ownership when needed
  • Design and produce engaging visual content aligned to brand and communication standards
  • Create assets such as logos, banners, cheat sheets, job aids, and sales guides
  • Continuously improve the visual quality and consistency of internal communications and learning materials
  • Ensure a consistent visual identity across LMS content and supporting materials

Content Publishing & Quality Assurance

  • Support the preparation and upload of finalized learning content into the LMS
  • Conduct video reviews (e.g., avatar pronunciation, visual/audio issues) prior to publishing
  • Assist with the creation and inclusion of English closed captions

LMS Content & UX Support

  • Assist in improving learner UI/UX within the LMS to ensure courses are clear, intuitive, and consistent
  • Support maintenance of course presentation standards (layouts, banners, alerts, navigation patterns)
  • Apply basic HTML/CSS updates to enhance usability, responsiveness, and visual consistency
  • Work within templates and established standards to support course builds and updates
  • Contribute to learner-facing guidance and in-course instructions

Localization & Translation Support

  • Support adding and updating translation strings within the LMS and course content
  • Assist with initial localization using AI tools for text-based elements
  • Help prepare and manage translated course versions
  • Support integration of localized content into LMS courses and configurations

Multimedia & Production Support

  • Provide minor post-production support (e.g., basic edits using Camtasia or similar tools)
  • Assist with template-based workflows for media integration into courses
  • Support preparation of AI-generated video modules (e.g., Synthesia, where applicable)

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Document processes, workflows, and issues clearly
  • Work within tools such as Jira and Confluence to track tasks and updates
  • Collaborate closely with the LXD Manager, LMS Administrator, and other stakeholders

What you will have

  • 1+ years experience
  • Passionate aboutdesign, content creation, and visual storytelling
  • Interested in digital learning and user experience
  • Comfortable working with structured systems, templates, and guidelines
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to step in and support across multiple areas
  • Curious about AI tools and modern content workflows
  • Strong creative and graphic design skills, with the ability to produce engaging visual content
  • Experience designing layouts for digital content (e.g., newsletters, guides, or learning materials)
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Good understanding of basic UI/UX principles, especially for content-heavy environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
  • Strong written communication skills (especially in English)
  • Ability to follow templates, guidelines, and structured workflows
  • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly

Nice to have

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design tools
  • Experience with Moodle, Moodle Workplace, or similar LMS platforms
  • Familiarity with content standardization and design systems
  • Exposure to translation/localization workflows in web or LMS environments
  • Basic video editing skills (preferably Camtasia or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content or localization support
  • Exposure to Synthesia or AI-generated video platforms
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays and additional leave options
  • Family-friendly leave policies, including maternity, paternity, and other supportive leave programs
  • Health and wellness support, including medical cover (where applicable), gym reimbursements, and mental well-being resources
  • Pension, life insurance, and income protection benefits (location dependent)
  • Employee Assistance Program with 24/7 confidential support for employees and their families
  • Education assistance and professional development opportunities
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning and continuous learning resources
  • Employee referral bonus program and additional company perks and discounts
