About Us

Cavendish & London Property Group is a UK property development and regeneration company. We create exceptional places and are building one of the UK's leading property brands.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just post on social media - we need someone who can generate leads, build campaigns and take ownership of our entire marketing function.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Creating high-converting landing pages
• Updating and maintaining our WordPress websites
• Planning and sending consistent email marketing campaigns
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok & LinkedIn)
• Writing marketing copy, blogs and website content
• Supporting CEO's personal brand
• Tracking campaign performance and reporting results
• Taking ownership of marketing projects from idea to completion
• Work with company KPI's

Essential Skills

You must have experience with:

• Meta Ads Manager
• Landing page creation
• WordPress
• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or similar)
• Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
• Google Analytics
• Excellent written English

Property marketing experience is an advantage but not essential.
