Job Description

Build digital campaigns that generate real business impact.

stow Group is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our visibility, strengthen lead generation and turn strong ideas into high-performing digital campaigns.

From website optimisation and Google Ads to email journeys, content creation and performance analytics, you will own campaigns end-to-end — creating, testing, learning and improving continuously.

You will work with international colleagues across marketing and sales, including close collaboration with our US teams. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with measurable commercial results.

• Create and run digital campaigns across web, social media, email and paid channels
• Manage and optimise our websites, landing pages and lead-generation forms
• Turn ideas into engaging content: copy, visuals, campaigns and video
• Use SEO, SEA and Google Ads to increase traffic and reach the right audiences
• Build email campaigns and automated journeys that attracts people to open
• Track performance through Google Analytics and campaign dashboards

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, campaign performance and digital analytics.
• Strong content creation skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• A proactive mindset: you are organised, curious, practical and comfortable managing several projects at once.
• Experience with email marketing platforms; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, international environment, with regular overlap with US colleagues until around 9:00 p.m.
