Core Responsibilities:
- **Making Outbound Calls:**Agents make calls to potential customers (cold calling) or existing customers for various reasons, including sales, customer service, or market research.
- **Generating Leads:**Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls is a key function.
- **Sales and Upselling/Cross-selling:**Agents may be tasked with selling products or services, as well as offering upgrades or related products.
- **Proactive Customer Support:**Outbound calls can be used to provide proactive customer support, addressing issues or offering solutions before customers even realize they exist.
- **Gathering Feedback:**Agents may call customers to collect feedback on products, services, or the overall customer experience.
- **Follow-up Calls:**Outbound calls can be used to follow up on previous interactions, such as after a purchase or a service appointment.
