Job description

Dispatch Clerk – Fourways

We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Clerk to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of stock in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices and ensure dispatch by 13h00 daily
Accurate picking, packing, and loading of stock
Maintain dispatch tracking (Google Sheets / systems)
Confirm deliveries and manage customer communication
Support driver coordination and resolve delivery issues
Assist with online orders and customer collections
Maintain accurate records and basic reporting

Requirements

Grade 12
1+ year dispatch/warehouse experience
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
