Job description
Dispatch Clerk – Durban
We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Clerk to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of stock in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and ensure dispatch by 13h00 daily
- Accurate picking, packing, and loading of stock
- Maintain dispatch tracking (Google Sheets / systems)
- Confirm deliveries and manage customer communication
- Support driver coordination and resolve delivery issues
- Assist with online orders and customer collections
- Maintain accurate records and basic reporting
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 1+ year dispatch/warehouse experience
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
