Job description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispatching of stock to correct outlets
- Ensure systematic processing, labelling and documentation of stock to be dispatched
- Respond to email and telephonic enquiries within agreed service levels.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on any issues relating to dispatch
- Inventory controls to ensure system and physical stock is accounted for.
- Capture and maintain accurate records of all queries.
- Follow up on outstanding cases and provide regular feedback.
- Escalate unresolved issues where necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 1–2 years' customer service, administration, or call centre experience. Experience within a Distribution Centre, logistics, or retail environment will be advantageous.
Skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously.
