Disposition Coordinator

Reborn Homes is hiring a highly organized Real Estate Dispositions Coordinator to manage the administrative and coordination work between a property going under contract and the deal closing.

You will run the coordination process so our dealmakers can focus on pricing, negotiations, and closing deals. This is a remote, full-time independent-contractor role with working hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time.What You’ll Own

• Deal Pipeline Management
• Keep GoHighLevel and active-deal records updated in real time
• Track deadlines, open items, and next steps
• Flag stalled deals and provide daily status updates
• Showing and Buyer Coordination
• Schedule property showings with buyers and buyer agents
• Collect and organize showing feedback
• Maintain buyer information in InvestorLift and GoHighLevel
• Listing Operations
• Coordinate photography, cleaning, staging, and other listing preparation
• Organize listing paperwork and MLS property information
• Make sure each property is ready for market on schedule
• Title and Closing Coordination
• Track required documents and closing deadlines
• Follow up on outstanding paperwork
• Communicate with title companies and help prepare settlement-statement/HUD reviews
• Communication
• Serve as the communication link between sellers, buyers, agents, title companies, vendors, and the internal team
• Keep everyone informed so no one is left wondering what is happening with a deal

What You Will Not Do

• Negotiate prices with buyers
• Make final pricing or investment decisions
• Cold-call sellers
• Create social-media content

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Experience with a CRM such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Ability to manage several deals, deadlines, and conversations at once
• Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours or significant overlap
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and dependable computer
• Self-starter who communicates problems early

Preferred Qualifications

• U.S. real-estate transaction or administrative experience
• Familiarity with InvestorLift, MLS systems, title companies, or real-estate terminology
• Experience coordinating vendors, listings, showings, or closings
