• Diploma in Business Management
• 5 years retail experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Ability to understand financial data.
• Experience managing client accounts.
• Experience managing large teams.
• MS office (Advanced in excel)

• Operations management

• Meeting in the trade on a weekly basis and oversee trade visit preparation.

• Being in the trade to assist reps – transfer of learning
• Customer returns management alongside Logistics company
• Store visits with staff ensuring trade operational SOP’s maintained

The working hours Mon-Sun (high level of flexibility).
