Our Daycare needs an urgent hire for a Doggy Daycare assistant/ Dog handler who can command a pack and inspire a team.
The Role
Supervise and protect: Keep daily watch over dogs of all sizes, from tiny Jack Russells to powerful Cane Corsos and Pit Bulls.
Maintain the space: Complete dog checks, fill water bowls, clean up, check equipment, and log any incidents
.Mentor with meaning: Guide and train our junior pack leaders—high-functioning young adults on the autism spectrum—alongside our social worker.
Engage clients: Speak professionally with customers and keep the daycare running safely.
Pitch in: Help with occasional facility upkeep like painting.
What We Need From You : Dog experience, Background in animal care, training, or dog behaviour. Strong character: Patience, confidence, and a true passion for mentoring others.Professional touch: Excellent customer service skills.
