Driver

A well-established tourism company based in Franschhoek is seeking energetic, personable, and safety-conscious Drivers to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and vehicle care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence when engaging with guests and colleagues, and a genuine passion for driving and service excellence.

As our operations run seven days a week—including weekends and public holidays—flexibility and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests and staff to and from destinations within the Franschhoek area and surrounds.
• Maintain vehicles in pristine, roadworthy condition at all times.
• Prioritize passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
• Support the service and operations team during busy periods.
• Report any incidents, maintenance needs, or operational issues promptly.

Minimum Requirements

• Residence in or near Franschhoek, Paarl, or Stellenbosch.
• Valid Code 10 or 14 driver’s license with PDP.
• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, ideally with passenger transport.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle care, safety, and basic maintenance.
• Clean criminal and accident record.
• Fluent in English (Afrikaans advantageous).
• Excellent time management, reliability, and interpersonal skills.
