Job description

L&T Contractors is looking for a reliable, honest, and highly experienced Driver to join our construction team in Kya Sand, Gauteng. If you have a strong work ethic, drive a bakkie with a trailer. Have construction experience.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience (Required).
Industry Experience: Proven experience working within the construction industry, including familiarity with site environments and hauling materials.
Towing Skills: Must be fully competent and experienced in driving with and maneuvering a trailer.
Licensing: Valid South African driver’s license with the appropriate trailer endorsement (e.g., Code EB, EC1, or EC) and
Attributes: High level of honesty, reliability, and punctuality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Safely transporting construction materials, equipment, and team members to and from various sites.
Securing loads properly and ensuring safe towing practices at all times.
Performing basic vehicle safety checks before and after trips.
Maintaining clear communication with the site supervisor and team.

Job Details:

Salary: R4 000,00 - R5 000,00 per month
