Job Description: Corporate Lift Club Partner / Subcontract Driver

Job Type: Part-time, Contract, Subcontract driver
Shifts: Split Shift (Peak Commute Times)

• Mornings: Anything between 06:00am - 08:00am
• Afternoons: Anything between 16:00pm - 18:00pm

Compensation & Payout Structure (Paid Monthly)
We offer a simple, transparent per-client retainer payment structure. Your monthly payout is calculated at a fixed monthly rate per active client assigned to your route. You are paid for the commitment of your time and vehicle space, providing you with stable financial certainty.

• If an assigned passenger cancels their ride at the last minute or goes on holiday, your monthly payout does not change; you are still paid the retainer amount in full as long as the client was scheduled.
• Your income only shifts if a client permanently leaves or joins your specific route.

Location: Western Cape, Cape TownAbout the Role:

We operate a premium, private, invitation-only lift club network servicing corporate professionals and students across Cape Town.We are specifically looking for individuals who travel a consistent, route daily (e.g., from home to an office/workplace and back) during standard peak traffic hours and want to highly monetize that existing commute.Unlike traditional on-demand rideshare apps, this is a fixed-route subscription service. You will transport the exact same pre-vetted clients every single day, time and place according to a mutually agreed schedule. This role is perfect for disciplined individuals looking to highly monetize just roughly 4 hours of their day during their standard peak traffic periods. You could possibly be paid R4,000 to R10,000 per month just for utilizing your existing daily drive to accommodate our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide punctual, safe transport for a dedicated group of private lift club passengers on fixed morning and afternoon routes matching your commute.
• Arrive reliably for the morning and afternoon runs.
• Maintain excellent, professional coordination through our official administrative channels.
• Ensure your vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and continuously roadworthy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Routine Parameters: Must possess an established, daily peak-hour travel routine between two fixed geographic points (such as a standard daily transit from a set residential suburb to a specific commercial hub and back). This contract is strictly structured around matching these exact, pre-existing geographic set points and routes.
• Vehicle Standards: Must own and operate a highly presentable, immaculate, and structurally sound 4-door vehicle (Sedans,hatchbacks or multi-passenger vehicles required).
• Licensing: Valid South African Driver’s Licence.
• Professional Attributes: Flawless punctuality, sober habits, clean driving history, and professional communication skills. Competency using digital navigation tools like Google Maps is required.

Contractual Status & Legal Compliance

• Independent Subcontract Agreement: Successful candidates will be required to sign a formal Independent Subcontractor Agreement prior to route allocation.
• Operational Autonomy: As a subcontractor, you operate as an independent service provider utilizing your own tools (your vehicle and fuel) to fulfill the assigned routes.
• Compliance Responsibility: Under the terms of the subcontract agreement, the driver maintains 100% sole legal and financial responsibility for ensuring their vehicle remains fully roadworthy and compliant with all local municipal, provincial, and traffic regulations (including licensing and appropriate paperwork).
