PURPOSE OF THE POSITION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The key purpose is to co-ordinate with the Independent Contractors and identifies good selling spots for high-quality sales of Legal expenses insurance and funeral cover policies.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Safely transport the Business Development Manager, Sales Team, and other authorised employees to designated locations.
• Ensure punctual collection and drop-off of staff in accordance with the daily operational schedule.
• Plan and follow efficient travel routes to maximise productivity and minimise travel delays.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety requirements.
• Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, accidents, or incidents promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Assist with other transportation-related duties as reasonably required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND PRE-REQUISITE COMPETENCIES

Educational Requirements

Matric/Grade 12, or Grade 10.

Any additional relevant qualifications will be advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' driving experience, preferably transporting employees, professionals, or business teams.

Proven experience driving long distances and travelling extensively.

Other Requirements

Must be willing and able to travel extensively.

Must possess a valid and unendorsed Driver's Licence.

Must possess a valid Public Driving Permit (PDP).

Must have access to reliable personal transport.

Must be willing to relocate at own cost, where applicable.
