Duty Manager

Education and experience required:

• Must have at least 3 years Hospitality experience.
• Must have valid Driver’s Licence and own Vehicle.
• Computer Literate.
• Strong administration skills.
• Must be willing to work shifts and alternate weekends.

Requirements and Competencies:

• To provide residents with a quality product / service as to ensure highest resident satisfaction.
• Improvement of service standards.
• To ensure good and effective communication of set objectives.
• Maintain a high level of personal service with all residents.
• Can make decisions that will benefit the village, after consultation with and mutual agreement with the Village Manager. Doing regular walkabouts and participating in any clean-up programme.
• Should maintain all Company assets to the highest quality.
• Ensure the preparation of relevant reports timeously (weekly / monthly).Ensure that all Service Providers adhere to the Service Level Agreement, failure to adhere to the Agreement corrective action to be taken to have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered for by the Village. To work in harmony with all staff and departments related to the operation.
• To attend training as and when required.
• A certain amount of maintenance will be required in this position.
