The successful candidate should possess;
- Ensure that the branch operates in accordance with all current applicable legislation, rules and regulations
- Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are provided
- Ensure that the branch operates in accordance with Company Polies and Procedures, and Internal
Control Procedures
- Ensure that the company operates according to the highest possible standards, in keeping with its objective to become the market leader in South Africa
- Responsible for ensuring that electronic bingo equipment is serviced, maintained and operational at all times, the complaints book is maintained and checking of pay-outs
- Ensure an understanding of the opening and closing procedures of the Branch
- Secure the premises prior to commencement of the clearance procedure and carry out clearance in line with Internal Control Procedures
- Ensure the compliance with FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) Internal Rules
- Ensure compliance with the OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993)
- Ensure a thorough knowledge on company security and surveillance systems and have an overall responsibility for the security of the premises
- Review daily reconciliations and reporting
- Deal with customers in a professional manner and ensure that all customer complaints are noted and actioned
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock counts as required
- Ensure management presence on the floor and manage staff in a professional manner by conducting regular meetings
- Ensure that company property and assets are well maintained including cleanliness and hygiene
- Complete and fill all required checklists and meet attendance requirements
