Full job description
Outdoor Warehouse is looking for a detail-oriented and organised E-commerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our online store.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the website, uploading products, managing promotional content and ensuring our online store is accurate, engaging and up to date. Working closely with the merchandise, marketing and studio teams, you'll help deliver a seamless online shopping experience while supporting the continued growth of our e-commerce business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, has excellent attention to detail and is passionate about digital retail.
Key Responsibilities
CMS & Site Management:
- Daily CMS Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day operations of the website CMS, ensuring all content, banners, and promotions are accurate, up-to-date, and visually aligned with brand guidelines.
- Product Data & Uploads: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle online, including uploading new products, writing/formatting descriptions, managing categories, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels.
- Site Optimization: Conduct regular site walks to identify and fix broken links, formatting issues, or display errors, ensuring a seamless mobile-first user experience.
- Studio Collaboration: Work closely with the content and studio teams to gather product imagery and assets required for weekly updates and launches.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a digital retail or e-commerce coordinator role.
- CMS Expertise: Hands-on experience managing e-commerce Content Management Systems (e.g., Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, or similar enterprise platforms).
- Data Literacy: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for handling large volumes of product data, imports, and bulk uploads.
- Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of how ERP systems integrate with e-commerce platforms is highly advantageous.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for the technical/operational side of e-commerce.
