Job description

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in (will be beneficial):
Marketing
Business Management
Digital Marketing
Retail Management
Commerce or related field
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, analytics or project management will be advantageous.

Minimum Experience

10 years' experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or online sales.
At least 10 years in a senior management or leadership role.
Proven experience managing online stores and digital sales channels.
Experience developing and implementing e-commerce growth strategies.
Experience managing teams and external service providers.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms
Advanced understanding of:
SEO and SEM
Digital marketing
Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
Customer journey mapping
CRM systems
Data analytics and reporting
Experience with:
Google Analytics
Email marketing platforms
Online payment gateways
Marketplace management

Leadership Competencies

Strategic planning and execution.
Budget management and forecasting.
Team leadership and development.
Stakeholder management.
Vendor and agency management.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
