E - Procurement Specialist X5

Role Purpose

The E-Procurement Specialist will drive the growth and adoption of the BMG e-commerce platform by developing online sales within existing and new contract customers. The role focuses on customer onboarding, e-commerce demonstrations, punch-out opportunities, multi-site customer rollouts, and increasing customer usage of the platform. This role plays a key part in growing online revenue, improving customer digital engagement, and embedding BMG's e-commerce platform into customers' procurement processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Grow online sales turnover across assigned customers and contract accounts.
• Identify customers suitable for migration to the BMG e-commerce platform.
• Conduct e-commerce demonstrations and customer training sessions.
• Onboard new customers and users onto the platform successfully.
• Support rollout of the platform across multi-site customers
• Drive adoption of online ordering across multiple branches, plants, or buyer locations under one contract customer.
• Identify and support punch-out and procurement integration opportunities with customer systems.
• Work closely with internal sales, branches, IT, and e-commerce teams to implement
• customer solutions.
• Promote platform functionality including online ordering, pricing, product search, approvals, re-ordering,
• and account tools.
• Increase active users, transaction frequency, basket size, and digital share of wallet within customers.
• Monitor customer online performance and follow up on low adoption or inactive sites.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, activity plans, and implementation progress.
• Support quote conversion and customer growth through structured digital account management.
• Build strong relationships with procurement teams, operational users, and key decision-makers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 3—S years' experience in business development, key account management, sales, or e-commerce growth.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and account development.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online customer onboarding.
• Knowledge of punch-out systems or procurement integration processes wilt be advantageous.
• Experience managing multi-site or contract customers will be advantageous.
• Strong presentation, demonstration, and customer training skills.
• Good CRM, planning, and reporting discipline.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Advanced Excel
