Job description
PURPOSE
Red Bull is the global leader in the Energy Drink Category. The Global eCommerce Intern will support the development and execution of Red Bull’s Global eCommerce strategy across Red Bull’s online segments (Pureplayers, Bricks & Clicks, Quick Commerce, Marketplaces & eB2B). Furthermore, you will have a change to engage with Red Bull’s local Sales Team to drive online execution and sales growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
E-COMMERCE STRATEGY:
Support the continuous development of Red Bull’s eCommerce Strategy and enable its execution on a global and local customer level by collaborating with local markets and stakeholders to embed Red Bulls eCommerce strategy in their Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
Work cross-functionally with KAM, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Brand, Advertising and with local market’s team to drive Red Bull’s online sales across all the online segments. Furthermore, you will be responsible to help markets drive Red Bull’s online execution and performance across customers.
E-COMMERCE INSIGHTS:
The shopper is the centre of Red Bull’s strategy. In this you will play an active role in understanding Red Bull’s online store presence, growth opportunities within Red Bull’s online execution, and develop joint actions with the local sales team to improve Red Bull’s performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Marketing, or Digital fields is preferred
- Prior internship experience in business, commercial, or administrative role
- Ability to work autonomously and self-responsibly
- Strong capability for strategic thinking and understanding the big-picture coherences, and the ability to translate into pragmatic actions.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to work within a cross-functional and cross-cultural team
