About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented eCommerce Merchandiser to take ownership of our online product experience across multiple brands. This is a mid-level role for someone who can work independently, manage a busy and varied workload, and take real ownership of the online merchandising strategy — not just execute against it. You'll ensure our brands are accurately, beautifully, and optimally represented across all retail channels, using your eye for data and digital merchandising expertise to identify trends, close gaps, and continuously improve the shopper experience, all with the goal of growing online sales and market share.

Product Management
- Create, manage, and maintain categories and collections across all online stores.

- Independently manage new product launches end-to-end, including coordinating content requests from brands and stock requests from the purchasing team.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams on new brand listings and promotions, ensuring all content, imagery, and CI guidelines are up to date.
- Ensure all active promotions are live online, including discount promotions, GWP (Gift with Purchase), and PWP (Purchase with Purchase), across all relevant countries.
Merchandising & Content
- Use sales and customer analytics to inform how products are displayed online to maximise conversion.
- Own optimal brand presentation across homepages, landing pages, and product descriptions across several brands at once.
- Curate product assortments based on best sellers, new launches, and promotional lines.
- Ensure products are correctly categorised so customers can find what they're looking for quickly and easily.
- Keep homepage banners and content fresh and relevant, directing customers to current promotions, new arrivals, and recommendations.
- Optimise product pages including imagery, reviews, cross-sells, upsells, and promotional banners.
- Build, implement, and maintain campaign pages, blog content, and brand pages on-site.
Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels to proactively avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Manage pricing updates and e-sale status via integration workflows to ensure products remain visible online.
Coordination
- Own and manage the merchandising calendar in collaboration with marketing, content, social, and email teams.
- Align with the Online Brand Strategy and support marketing teams on acquisition, promotion, retention, and communication initiatives.
- Liaise with brand teams on new launches, promotions, and stock availability.
- Keep the wider team informed of brand updates and website changes, and act as a point of reference for less experienced team members.
Customer Service Support
- Provide backend support for online customer service queries.
- Identify recurring customer service issues and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Implement and manage redirects for products and pages as needed.
- Apply SEO best practices throughout the merchandising process to improve visibility and traffic.
Reporting & Analysis
- Conduct regular audits of the online product catalogue to ensure accurate and customer-focused representation.
- Monitor market trends, identify gaps and opportunities, and optimise listings to increase traffic and improve conversion.
- Present findings and recommendations confidently to management with minimal oversight.
