eCommerce Service Agent

Agrinet is seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer service across its digital sales channels, supporting online orders, fulfilment, returns and customer queries while ensuring the effective operation and accuracy of its e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.

• Resolve queries relating to products, pricing, orders, deliveries and returns.

• Provide excellent B2B and B2C customer support.

• Assist customers with Magento, Shopify and EDI platforms.

• Monitor orders from placement through to delivery and follow up on delays.

• Liaise with warehouse, logistics and IT teams to resolve fulfilment and system issues.

• Manage returns, replacements, credits and refunds.

• Monitor online order flow and identify potential bottlenecks.

• Maintain accurate product, pricing, inventory, customer and order information.

• Monitor integrations between Magento, Shopify, ACS Embrace ERP and EDI.

• Investigate integration failures and EDI exceptions, escalating issues where required.

• Support online quotations, promotions, campaigns and new product launches.

• Participate in system testing, upgrades and enhancements.

• 2–4 years’ experience in Customer Service or E-commerce Administration.

• National Senior Certificate.

• Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, E-commerce, Customer Service, Information Systems or a related field will be advantageous.

• Experience with Magento, WordPress and Shopify.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
