Economics Teacher (Postsecondary – AI Training) About The Role What if your classroom experience could shape how millions of people access economic knowledge through AI? We're looking for experienced postsecondary Economics instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on economic reasoning, theory, and real-world application.
Your expertise will directly influence how AI explains concepts like supply and demand, monetary policy, market failures, and behavioral economics — making these tools smarter and more reliable for everyone.

What You'll Do
- Design and review economics questions and scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems
- Assess the accuracy, clarity, and conceptual depth of AI-generated economics content
- Provide structured, expert feedback to improve economic reasoning and model outputs
- Apply your real-world teaching experience to validate concepts, edge cases, and nuanced arguments
- Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no rigid schedules
Who You Are
- 3+ years of full-time experience teaching economics at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of core economics topics — microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics
- Able to clearly explain and critically evaluate economic reasoning in written form
- Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering detailed, actionable feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on task-based projects
Nice to Have
- Master's or PhD in Economics
- Experience grading or evaluating work at scale
- Background in applied, policy, or data-driven economics
- Familiarity with AI, large language models (LLMs), or content evaluation workflows
