POSITION INFO: Introduction Building Supervisor - HVAC \/ Smoke extraction Equipment Ideal candidate to have experience with: HVAC equipment Fire detection systems Electrical background Desired Experience & Qualification Matric Electrical knowledge\/experience preferable 3-5 years experience as a service technician with an electrical background Preferred: Ability to read construction drawings and\/or create sketches for manufacturing\/installing equipment. Key Skills & Competencies Leadership and team management Project management Problem-solving and decision-making Strong organizational and planning skills Strong administration skills Inventory management Communication and interpersonal skills Package & Remuneration Package Basic (R10-R15k dependant on experience) Company phone with contract 13th Cheque - performance based Must have drivers license Must be willing to travel Required to start Jul\/Aug.2026 Duties & Responsibilities Plan and implementation of service and maintenance tasks Define tasks and required resources Manage service costs Lead quality assurance
