Job description
S4 is looking for an electrician to work on installation projects. Previous experience in industrial automation projects and the ability to read E-Plan drawings will enable you to excel in the role.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Basic electrical design on site
· Ordering of installation hardware
· Install electrical and electronic systems to meet applicable standards and codes
· Test and inspect systems upon completion of installation to assure quality and proper operation
· Provide continuous support to clients including being available for call outs as required
· Analyze drawings for the purpose of determining the
efficient installation of new systems
· Coordinates with senior technician and/or other trades for the purpose of completing projects and work orders efficiently
· Diagnose causes of problems or failures for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualified electrician / millwright or a NDip. / BTech in Electrical Engineering
· Ability to read E-Plan drawings
· Willing and able to work overtime when required
· Industrial automation experience
