Electronic Site Technician

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in electronics assembly and maintenance.
• Understanding of digital and analog circuits.
• Basic familiarity with 4G/5G technology and data loggers will be advantageous.
• A good understanding of monitoring parameters including flow rate, water pressure, water depth, and quality (e.g. turbidity, pH & free chlorine).
• Competence in troubleshooting electrical / electronic systems.

Experience:

• Previous experience or coursework related to electronics assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with on-site services, maintenance, calibration, and servicing of electronic equipment would be advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver's license, which will be necessary for on-site services and fieldwork.

• Availability to work in Stellenbosch and potentially travel to different customer sites within South Africa

Remuneration

Negotiable and based on the candidate’s qualifications and years of relevant experience.
