This is a hands-on, immersive program where you will engage with real-world engineering challenges, operational systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities During the programme, our graduates will:

• Work on production, process, and engineering systems in a live manufacturing environment
• Participate in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Contribute to engineering and process improvement projects
• Analyse equipment, production, and process performance data
• Gain exposure to maintenance, reliability, and operational excellence practices
• Apply engineering theory in practical, real-world contexts

Minimum Requirements

• BTech / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines
• Strong academic performance
