This opportunity is an accelerated development program to fast-track candidates into management and leadership positions within the Cartrack business.

Candidates on the Trainee Manager program are strategically rotated through the entire South African business for a period of 6 to 18 months where they are on continuous training and fulfill numerous roles/functions across the business. The purpose of this role is for the candidate to fully learn and understand the Cartrack operations and familiarize themselves with the Cartrack culture to fulfill one of a variety of roles focused on the Sales side or the Operational side of the business.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics & Statistics with outstanding academic performance

• Distinction in Mathematics (Grade 12) - Non-negotiable

• Newly qualified graduate, 0 -3 years’ work experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on and a positive attitude

• Technically independent with good initiative

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
