Engineering Project Manager (2 roles available)

The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) is the tactical coordinator of internal delivery within the engineering team. The role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the software development lifecycle, ensuring technical outputs are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with the organization’s broader operational implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the internal software development lifecycle and project methodologies as defined by the SEPM.
• Maintain the internal engineering schedule to ensure development teams execute the primary product path.
• Administer daily and weekly project meetings to sustain high-velocity delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met and resources are utilised effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Implementation/Operational Delivery teams to synchronize product development with field deployment.
• Support the systems engineering team in drafting requirements for training material.
• Facilitate internal acceptance testing workflows in coordination with the Technical Lead

Job Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master)
• 2 - 4 years of demonstrable success in project coordination or management.
• Experience supporting cross-disciplinary teams and tracking project budgets.
• Familiarity with tracking timesheet-driven financial models.
• Understanding of software lifecycles like the V-Model or Agile approaches.
• Experience operating within data-sensitive information systems
• Proficiency in modern PM software and the execution of established workflows.
• Familiarity with CD/CI concepts and basic software development principles
