We are looking for dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our teams across several of our facilities, where quality care, dignity, and respect are at the centre of everything we do. We have vacancies available in:

• Plumstead
• Pinelands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Resident Care & Clinical Duties

• Conduct initial and monthly health assessments for residents
• Assist in developing and implementing individualised nursing care plans
• Provide daily nursing care and monitor residents’ responses to treatment
• Administer medication in line with SANC regulations and care plans
• Report changes in residents’ health to the Professional Nurse or Doctor
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and emotional care
• Accurately record observations, treatments, incidents, and interactions

Operational Support

• Support the orientation of new residents and staff
• Assist with infection control and hygiene protocols
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions or shortages
• Participate in fire drills, emergency procedures, and safety protocols
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions

Teamwork & Communication

• Work under the guidance of a Professional Nurse
• Delegate duties appropriately within scope of practice
• Promote teamwork and a positive, professional work environment
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful communication at all times

Facility Care & Safety

• Ensure the facility and surroundings are safe, clean, and well maintained
• Identify and report hazards or risks proactively

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse
✔ Experience in frail care, sub-acute, or geriatric nursing (advantageous)
✔ Strong clinical observation and record-keeping skills
✔ Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
✔ Compassionate, resident-centred approach to care
✔ Reliable, professional, and ethically driven
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital systems (e.g. DigiAge, TGO)
✔ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
